Confirmed reservations are achieved via receipt of payment for half the rental fee. Rental fees are payable in USD. A security deposit of $300.00 USD is required prior to arrival and is refunded within 72 hours of departure based on the condition of the property and is refunded in the same method payment is received.

Keys to these vacation homes are maintained in a secure environment. In so doing, daily housekeeping service is not included but can be arranged.

Villa Serena guests are met at the airport. Villa Joya is easily accessible via directions or taxi service.
