Bella Vista, West Bay Beach:

     Villa Bella Vista is located in 'Bayside', a small, quiet oceanfront development consisting of 6 privately owned condos at water's edge on spectacular Roatan's West Bay Beach. Beautifully designed and constructed of concrete, Bayside offers quiet privacy to its residents.
     This fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom, 3 bath villa accommodates 7 in the three bedrooms, with additional sleeping provisions available on a queen sofa bed. A large, well equipped kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room and deck overlook the beach and water from the second  floor. The Master Suite and deck over look the beach and water from the third floor.  The master suite hosts a king bed and full bath with extra large shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed. The third bedroom has a queen bed. The two lower bedrooms have full baths.
     An American satellite TV is in the master suite and living area. A  cell phone, with local minutes, is complimentary and available for guests' use. We provide filtered drinking water and a washer and dryer.
     This is a home away from home for the owners, and is equipped as such.  Do not consider renting this villa if you must smoke inside.

There are shops, restaurants and parks within a short walk of Villa Joya.  The town of West End is a fun water taxi ride away.
